How to Book Your Stay at Kingsgrove
We’re delighted you’re considering a stay at Kingsgrove in East Portlemouth. Booking your Devon beach holiday with us is simple, just follow the steps below: Step 1: Check Availability To enquire about availability, please email us at: 📧 [email protected] Please include your preferred dates, number of guests, and any special requirements. If your chosen dates are available, we will provisionally hold the booking for 2 days while you complete the next steps. Step 2: Complete the Booking Form Please download and fill out the Kingsgrove Booking Form below 📄 [Download Booking Form] Once completed, please scan and email the signed form to: 📧 Mr John Fisher – [email protected] Step 3: Pay the Deposit To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total rental amount. This should be paid by online bank transfer — bank details are on the Booking Form. Step 4: Final Payment and Confirmation Your final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Once received, we’ll email you a detailed Booking Confirmation along with Full directions to Kingsgrove, Access information for your stay & General House Information 🐾 Bringing a Dog? - Don’t forget to let us know if you’ll be bringing your dog. Minimum stay: 3 nights Flexible arrival days (subject to availability) Ideal for romantic getaways, walking weekends, or a quiet retreat by the sea.
